Postage Information

All our orders are sent via Australia Post with your choice of postage type. All orders come with tracking.

Please Allow 3-4 days of processing time before your parcel is sent. In most cases, it will be within the first 48 hrs as we aim to dispatch every order as soon ASAP.

Please note:- Postage times can vary on public holidays, weekends, location, natural disasters, Australia post-investigation & other uncontrollable factors.

These delays are out of our control.

POSTAGE CHARGES

Within Australia

We offer 2 postage types within Australia as per below

Standard Post ATL (Authority to leave -no signature required) -$10.00Flat rate.

(Some heavy or bulky items might be charged a higher postage charge)

Express post - flat rate of $20.00 dollars. Typical delivery time *after shipping =1-5 business days depending on your location.

Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse .you will be texted a tracking number by Australia Post.

Missing parcels

In the event that your parcel is lost or is held up may take up to three months to receive an answer from the Australia post-investigation. Unfortunately, these Australia post times are beyond our control, we will do all our best to rectify the issue As soon as possible.

Incorrect information 

Once your order has been placed no changes are able to be made. Kindly Check double times your shipping address before confirming your order, Business addresses must include the business name.

If your parcels are not collected, orare required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect, or incomplete information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Whenever you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the order delivered by address information is right.

Local store pickup

Please note: If you are unable to correct from Ringwood, Victoria, Do not pick this option .as your parcel will be placed in our store for pick-up.

We will be sent a text message when your parcel is ready to be picked up along with the pick-up address. Kindly ensure to bring your receipt to pick up your purchase.
