3.Please ensure you include the following details when you contact us: Order number. Reason for returning product. Item code (listed on invoice/order). Quantity to be returned.
4.Only product in their original condition will be accepted, otherwise additional fee's will be applicable
5.If you choose to return a product that is not faulty, there may be a handling fee involved. This will be assessed when you lodge your application.
6.We will do our best to fix any issues as quickly as possible, please allow 5 business days for your replacment to arrive
